How do I get a grip on the energy costs of my rental?

Getting a grip on energy costs doesn't work with an average rate included in the rental price, because consumption per guest varies widely. A metering module in the fuse box lets guests buy power credit in advance via a QR code, after which you see per property what has been sold. This way the guest pays for their own consumption and you see it as revenue instead of as an unpredictable cost item. For long-term rentals, poorly insulated properties or a rental price that is too low, this system is not the solution.
