How do I bill electricity when renting through multiple platforms?

Airbnb and Booking arrange the booking and payment of the stay, but not the electricity consumption. By combining a metering module in the meter cabinet with a QR sign in the property, the guest purchases credit themselves and pays you directly as the supplier, separately from the platform through which they booked. You receive one overview per property, regardless of which channel guests came from. With one property with little platform switching, the benefit of this system is smaller; then you can make do with a fixed amount or estimate.
