Also for charging
Your guest charges his car and pays for it himself
A charging station is an object in Staywatt like any other: it measures, it has its own tariff, and your guest settles up in the same app with which he buys electricity for the cottage.
One QR on the station
Your guest scans the code on the station. The system sees that he is staying in one of your properties at this moment and links the charging session to his credit. He does not need a charging card and no second account.

Your own tariff per station
Charging often costs more per kilowatt-hour than the cottage — a station draws more and you have invested in it separately. That is why you set the tariff per station, separate from that of the property.

Who may charge, and who may not
That is kept narrow, on purpose. A guest can only charge if three things are met at the same time:
1
The station and the property are from the same landlord.
Your stations are there for your guests. Someone staying elsewhere cannot access them.
2
The stay is running at this moment.
A code from last week no longer works, even if the car is still there.
3
The scanned object is really a station.
Without this check, a code from property 27 would give access to the credit screen of property 28 as soon as those two are from the same owner. That is why it is there.
May you let your guest pay for charging, and how does that work with a VvE? These are legal questions and not product questions — they are listed with sources in the knowledge base.
