No advice about your own situation. What's possible and permitted in your meter cabinet, we can't assess remotely — someone needs to take a look. What you're allowed to pass on to a tenant or guest is determined by your rental agreement and your own supply contract.
Is the power off and do you not understand why?
Call or email, and mention the object number on the module's box. We can then see when the module last reported, what the credit was, and whether it switched itself off. If the group for the refrigerator and router is also off, something else is going on than an empty credit — that is not supposed to be possible.
Are you an installer?
The module clips onto the DIN rail and four wires go on according to the drawing in the box. If you run into something that the drawing does not cover — a meter cabinet laid out differently, a group that does not fit — let us know with a photo. That kind of feedback changes the drawing, and that is more useful than giving the same answer ten times over.
Is something wrong on a page?
Let us know, and mention the topic and if possible the sentence that's incorrect or the source you think is missing.
